Dear IMDA Member:
The Second Annual Bi-State Conference on Post-Acute and Long Term Care in St. Louis is just around the corner!
This is THE ESSENTIAL conference for medical directors, attending physicians, mid-level providers, administrators and interdisciplinary team members. The nationally recognized speakers this year will cover a wide range of topics: Strategies for Reducing Readmissions, ACO's and the PA/LTC practitioner, Dermatologic issues, Anti-Psychotics: Dementia Intervention and Management, Assisted Living in the Integrated Health Care Delivery Model, Lessons from Litigation: A Performance Improvement Tool, the latest Public Policy Update from Washington, a PT Perspective on Exercise Programs, as well as POLST, Palliative Care and Hospice. The lectures are structured with plenty of time for interaction with the faculty
This is a terrific program, but even more valuable is the opportunity for you to get together with your colleagues in other parts of the state and in Missouri. If you come in on Friday, there is even the option of attending the Lion King production! Consider registering a few members of your Interdisciplinary Team as well.
There are still some Hotel Rooms available--now is the time to register at our website, www.ilmda.org.
I hope to see you in St. Louis!
